President Trump in New Corruption Scandal

President Donald Trump was dealt a double whammy this week when his former lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to fraud, implicating the head of state in election-related crimes, while former campaign manager Paul Manafort was convicted of eight crimes. In an already embattled presidency, this new political scandal reopens the debate on whether the president can face criminal prosecution and whether this brings him closer to the possibility of impeachment.
