In San Francisco, residents gathered at a public hearing erupted in indignation while watching videos in which 10 police officers are seen gunning down a young Latino immigrant hidden in the trunk of a car. The officers were investigating an armed assault and suspected the youth. Residents express frustration and anger over what they see as the disproportionate use, for after several such incidents, police had promised to improve their relations with the community.
