Binational Professional Licenses Available to Migrants in California

In a new year, many often hope to earn more money, get a better job or start a small business. In California, for the last three years, migrant workers have been able to file their taxes with an identification number known as ITIN and obtain a professional license in more than 70 fields, including cosmetology, construction and electricity. In addition, these licenses can also be recognized in two countries. Ruben Tapia reports from Los Angeles, where the news was recently announced by state officials.
