In Tuesday’s election, two state laws that allow undocumented immigrants to get driver’s licenses are under attack. In Oregon, the recently-signed law is the object of a citizen referendum in an attempt to veto it. And in New Mexico, Republican governor Susana Martínez is running her campaign on promises to revoke a law that has been in place for eleven years.
