Trump’s Order to Exclude Undocumented Immigrants from Census Challenged in Court

President Trump has signed an executive order seeking to exclude undocumented immigrants from the census count, which determines how many seats each state gets in Congress. Civil rights attorneys announced that they will challenge the order in what is expected to be the first of a number of lawsuits. This is the latest in a series of Republican maneuvers aimed at excluding non-citizens from the population count used to map political districts. José López Zamorano has the details from Washington.
