New York Approves Emergency Fund for Immigrants, But Will it Reach Everyone?

After more than two weeks of a hunger strike, demonstrations and legislative pressure, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has agreed to include in his budget more than $2 billion in pandemic relief for immigrant workers excluded from the federal stimulus. However, activists warn that the requirements for receiving the urgent financial aid could prevent many from receiving it. Marco Vinicio González has this report from New York.
