Latino residents of two highly polluted neighborhoods in the city of Denver, Colorado, have won another battle in their long fight to hold accountable an oil refinery that has been operating in the area for more than a century. Neighbors have complained of serious health problems associated with pollution caused by the company. The state congress has just passed a motion in their favor.
