Families Affected by California Drought Receive Water Tanks

Almost one thousand homes in Tulare County, California have lost water, due to the drought. To help these families temporarily, the county government and community organizations are joining forces to install water tanks. The first to receive one of these tanks were those families who live in rural areas without a potable water system. The small community of Monson was chosen to start this pilot program. Juan Santiago has been following the story.
