Lack of Water, but Abundance of Civic Activism in California Town

The worst drought in California history is still impacting a tiny Latino town in the Central Valley, causing chronic scarcity of drinking water. But the drought has also caused something else: a flood of energy among local youth to bring more voters to the polls this November and push forward an agenda to respond to the community’s biggest problems. Our correspondent Rubén Tapia witnessed this unusual electoral activism.
