President Biden Meets with Latino Leaders on Anniversary of El Paso Massacre

On the second anniversary of the massacre of 23 people in El Paso, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris met with twelve Latino leaders to mark the tragic occasion and discuss their economic agenda. At the White House meeting, they discussed the challenges of passing immigration reform using the budget reconciliation process and passing a national law on voting rights. Arturo Vargas, executive director of the National Association of Latino Elected Officials, was one of the invited leaders and he shared some details about the meeting with our news director, Samuel Orozco.
