Democrats Rush to Draft New Immigration Plan

Immigration reform suffered a momentary derailment when the Senate parliamentarian called for excluding it from the budget reconciliation process. After regrouping, the White House and Congressional Democratic leaders announced that they had preliminarily agreed on an alternative plan. Meanwhile, thousands marched in the capital to demand that Congress go ahead with the plan to include immigration in the federal budget. José López Zamorano brings us the details from Washington.
