Growing Latino Presence in Iowa Caucus

The Iowa caucuses that marked the start of the presidential race were marred by the failure of a mobile app, which forced the results to be delayed and diluted the impact for the winner. According to observers, the Democratic caucuses saw greater participation than in 2016 and unusual numbers of Latino voters.
