Support Grows for Central American Refugee Children

The tens of thousands of Central American children who have fled alone from the violence in their countries and are detained on the U.S. border have unleashed waves of hate in some places, like Murrieta, California, where a group of residents blocked the entry of federal buses carrying the detained children. At the same time, a movement is growing in support of the children. Manuel Ocaño reports that in Southern California, there are more people calling to give shelter to the minors than there are conservative residents who reject them.
