Solutions Sought to Central American Migration Crisis

Amid heated debate about how to respond to the wave of refugees from Central America, which the current government has labeled a dangerous invasion, a group of U.S. human rights defenders visited Guatemala and Mexico this week. Among the issues they investigated was the “safe third country” agreement the United States is seeking with countries in the region.
