The death of 13-year-old Andy López, shot by a sheriff’s deputy almost three years ago, caused at the time a wave of fury in the Latino community in Sonoma County. Today, many residents are protesting again, after the deputy who shot López was promoted to sergeant. Farida Jhabvala Romero broke the story and shares this story with us.
