Efforts speed up to get more youth health insurance

When the enrollment period began for Affordable Care Act insurance plans, officials hoped that at least 4 of every 10 enrollees would be young adults. A few weeks before the deadlines, youth made up only 25 percent of new enrollees, according to official cacluations.
