Arizona Accepts Consular ID as Valid Identification in the State – Tens of thousands of Mexican immigrants in Arizona can now use their consular ID cards as valid identification in the state thanks to a bill recently signed into law by Governor Doug Ducey. The legislation had bipartisan support and was greeted by the Mexican Consulate. However, since it was proposed by Republican legislators with a restrictionist track record, the bill has caused suspicion among some activists. Valeria Fernández reports from Phoenix.
