Political leaders and immigrant rights organizers say they are sure that deferred action of deportation will be expanded in the near future, as ordered by President Obama, despite a federal court’s block. After a judge in Texas blocked executive action on immigration from going into effect, the decision is now in the hands of a federal appeals court.
