Kerry and Lopez Obrador Meet on Global Warming and Reforestation – This week, U.S. Special Climate Envoy John Kerry arrived in Mexico on a whirlwind visit amid a heated debate over a proposed electricity reform presented by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
