Beginning June 1,2019 , Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients may be eligible for CalFresh Food benefits. CalFresh Food helps people with low-income buy the nutritious food they need for good health. Recipients can buy food at any grocery store or farmers market that accept EBT. Visit your local county office to see if you qualify.
