Parents or Guardians should provide a safe space where a child can grow healthy, emotionally, mentally, and physically at the same time we give them love and affection, but sometimes that is not the case. The Court Appointment Special Advocates (CASA) of Santa Cruz County, is program that provides services to support the well being of children who are enter the foster care system.
